While as an officer, Robert was a Federally Certified Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Officer with Hazmat, Cargo Tank, Non-Bulk Hazmat, and Passenger Carrying Vehicle certifications. Robert was also a Texas Certified Weight Enforcement Officer.
