Air/Vac (Model # 40400020), a professional air-driven handheld vacuum device engineered to quickly, easily and safely vacuum spills.

Patented technology allows users to vacuum water, antifreeze as well as heavy weight oil, including 90 weight gear oils. Air/Vac saves time, space, and money by eliminating the need for absorption pellets and/or pads and their monthly disposal costs. Air/Vac is environmentally friendly and safe to use. After vacuuming, simply drain the contents of Air/Vac into its portable waste container (included) or directly into an appropriate waste tank. If allowable, fluid can be drained into a waste oil burner. Air/Vac is not recommended for highly flammable fluids such as gasoline.

“The Air/Vac prototype was released and tested in a variety of automotive, industrial, heavy duty and marine markets” said Frank Casale, vice president and director of Flo Dynamics. “The feedback we’ve received has been overwhelmingly positive.  Four OEM dealerships have already approved the unit for use”.

    • Elkhart, IN — Flo-Dynamics, a division of Norco Industries, announced today the immediate availability of its Model # TSD450, a dual-access ATF exchanger available for purchase through its North American distribution partners.

The TSD450 enables the most rapid and efficient ATF exchanges by choosing one of two methods—in-line through the cooler, or through the ATF dipstick.  The innovative dipstick service now allows vehicles to be serviced even with difficult cooler line access, or where cooler line adapters are either missing or just not available.

Frank Casale, Flo-Dynamics Director of Sales and Marketing states, “After launching this product in a small test market, the feedback we’ve received to date indicates that our customers were able to generate even more income with this machine. Preliminarily, we thought the increased business was solely due to the increased speed of the machine. We discovered that this was only one-half of the success. The other half was that even the most novice technicians found the product remarkably intuitive and simple to use.”

The TSD450 comes with a standard adapter set, a dipstick access adapter and tubes.  It can provide faster services with its 2.5 GPM pump, a feature not available on competitive units.

and On-Vehicle Ford 6.7L EGR System Carbon Cleaner

The Flo-Dynamics DCF-35, Diesel Component Flusher, will flush and clean CAC/intercoolers, radiators & cooling systems and other diesel system components of carbon, oil, and other foreign materials. The DCF-35 is also specifically engineered to clean a Ford 6.7L EGR Valve and Cooler on-Vehicle! Flush and clean a 6.7L EGR system on-vehicle in one hour or less depending on the carbon build up. Unlike other aggressive cleaners on the market that attacks aluminum, our cleaner is aluminum safe that softens and dissolves carbon and breaks down oil without leaving a harmful film. Flushing at up to 45 GPM will clean out the entire component of carbon, foreign fluids, and debris. Using a high-performance heater along with circulation accelerates the heating process obtaining a safe flushing temperature of 130 degrees F in approximately 90 minutes, unlike other units that can take a half a day to warm up.

    TTCF-9A P/N 40400060

Heavy Duty Heated Component Flusher – Variable High Flow Transmission Cooler System and Hydraulic System Flusher

The Flo-Dynamics TTCF-9A-VHF, Variable High Flow, Hydraulic System Flusher, will flush and clean transmission coolers and lines or any hydraulic system of contamination, sludge and varnish deposits, and particles from a failed transmission. The TTCF-9A-VHF with an adjustable flow rate from 1 – 7.5 GPM was specially developed for heavy duty transmission cooling systems requiring high flow rates. Using the same hydraulic fluid as used in the hydraulic system being flushed and cleaned, a user can select from multiple flush cycles 15-120 minutes until the system is clean by checking the re-usable 64-micron Oberg filter. The TTCF-9A-VHF heating to a preset 140 deg F in 45 minutes is fast and easy using the heating circulation mode. Each flush cycle auto injects air at precise intervals to agitate the fluid causing a scrubbing action removing trapped debris and solidified waxy varnish deposits. Simply switch flow direction without removing service hoses between flush cycles with the reverser valve. From the conveniently located control panel observe system flow, pressure, temperature, total hours run, filter timer, and easily select pump on/off, heater on/off, flush cycles and manual air purge.
