Amparo Pazos

Amparo founded BluNrgy in 2020 and she serves as Chair of the Board. She has over 18 years of experience in the energy industry, focused on market development, strategy roadmaps and alliances.

Prior to BluNrgy, she co-founded BlüNebü in 2016, a company providing consulting and support for U.S.-based renewable and conventional power generation and storage assets. Previously, Amparo held several leadership roles at Abengoa Solar in both the utility-scale and C&I energy sectors.

Over the course of her career, Amparo has been involved in numerous complex energy projects, ranging in value from under $10M to in excess of $500M. These transactions have encompassed a wide variety of matters related to project development, finance, and asset acquisition and disposition. She has executed strategic plans, international JVs, M&A in energy- related companies and investor relations activities.

Amparo earned her Business Administration degree from CUNEF (Spain) and also graduated in Communications from Universitat de Girona (Spain). Amparo completed executive programs at UCLA Anderson School of Management and Berkeley School of Law.

Erin Bradley

Erin is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and over 3GWdc of projects under development across Texas. She joined BluNrgy as Director of Project Development when the company was founded and she has successfully brought three greenfield projects totaling 204 MWdc to RTB stage.

Prior to BluNrgy, Erin was in the Project Development team with Abengoa Solar LLC where she helped bring to RTB the $1.6 billion Mojave Solar Project in California and the Solana Solar Project in Arizona, a 280 MW installation with 6 hours of thermal storage. Additionally, Erin co-authored the solar industry response to the Programmatic EIS developed by the Bureau of Land Management.

Erin graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder in Environmental Design.

Tyler Cox

Tyler is responsible for leading the land acquisition team and managing landowner relationships. He joined BluNrgy in 2021, and using his strong emotional intelligence, leadership skills and commitment to product knowledge he has successfully secured over 4,000 acres for projects which are now in mid-development stage. Prior to BluNrgy, he managed sales at a residential and commercial construction company.

During his time at University of Colorado Tyler co-founded Congo, a legal tech startup. He served as COO and was responsible for fundraising and overseeing the sales team’s operations. Tyler and his partner raised $1.5 million in funding and grew the team to 9 members before it was acquired by Lawbooth for the scheduling technology they developed.

Tyler graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.

Sofia Blankenship

Sofia is an experienced solar energy developer and contributes her project management experience to streamlining due diligence efforts and reducing project risk. She joined BluNrgy in 2022 and is actively involved in the development of over 3GWdc of projects across Texas.

Prior to BluNrgy, Sofia, was a Project Development Manager at Belltown Power Texas where she helped successfully bring almost 1GW of greenfield solar and storage projects to RTB. Prior to Belltown, Sofia worked at Kimley-Horn, a leading civil engineering consultant firm, creating due diligence reports and construction plans for land developers and municipalities.

Sofia graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.

Thomas Johnston

Thomas has experience in conservation, land management, and environmental research. Prior to joining BluNrgy, he served as a Project Scientist with Trileaf Corporation where he focused on environmental consulting and project management. In his previous position, Thomas performed work in GIS & mapping applications with Apex Systems.

Thomas graduated from the University of Texas with a B.S in Environmental Science.
 
 

Brooke Iacone

Brooke is a GIS Analyst with several years of experience at a Transportation Management Association. She received a B.S. in Geographic Information Science and a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Rowan University.

Most recently, she obtained a Master of Science in Geography from George Washington University, where she specialized her GIS and remote sensing skills for environmental applications. While in graduate school, Brooke published a thesis which analyzed the impacts of land degradation in northern China using satellite imagery.
 

Ethan Dorow

Ethan has been focused on sales since the beginning of his professional career. He has held sales and customer service roles in multiple industries ranging from residential construction and remodels to insurance sales.

Prior to BluNrgy he worked for two years with State Farm, where he helped catapult his insurance team (Agent and producer) to reach the top 1% of annual sales in Texas.
 
 

Heath Polk

Heath has experience creating and deploying digital marketing campaigns, social media coordination and maintaining client relationship engagement, all by using his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from University of Texas-Tyler.

Prior to joining the BluNrgy team, Heath worked as a Personal Trainer helping to transform the lives of his clients in meaningful ways.

Tyler Leger

Tyler has 10 years’ experience in the energy industry as a Right of Way Agent, Landman, Land Acquisition Agent and Title Examiner. He joined BluNrgy in 2022 and conducts easement negotiations as well as owner and land research.

Over the course of his career, Tyler has worked on Oil, Gas and Solar projects throughout the country. He has experience with title examination, lease negotiations and land & mineral research in over 10 states.

Tyler attended University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he studied Marketing & Advertisement, Psychology and Sociology.

Kelly Hill

Kelly is an experienced real estate legal assistant working for over 25 years in Dallas, including 15 years at a large Texas based law firm assisting attorneys and clients on major real estate development projects, several corporate headquarters leases and sports venue construction contracts.

Kelly obtained her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin-CPE Program.

Trisha Kelly

Trisha is responsible for organizing the delivery, filing, and recording of original legal agreements and enjoys supporting the team in any possible way.

She is a dedicated yogi and yoga teacher with a Psychotherapeutic Yoga Certification from The LISPY School.
