2021 United Soccer Coaches Convention

Save the date! The 2021 United Soccer Coaches Convention heads to the Anaheim Convention Center on January 6-10, 2021. 
 

Important Information

  • February 20, 2020: General registration for Exhibit Hall opens
  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration
  • Exhibitors will gain access to special housing rates negotiated by United Soccer Coaches later this fall 
  • Booths will be sold until the Exhibit Hall is sold out
  • In-line, peninsula, and islands are available
  • Booths sizes are available from 10x10 to 50x50
  • Corner booths are available while supplies last ($150 per corner)
  • Islands must pay for 4 corners ($150 per corner)
     

Booth Placement Policy

Companies whose applications are received prior to May 1, 2020, will be placed according to the number of years exhibiting at the United Soccer Coaches Convention, the date the application is received, and booth size. 

Applications may include a request for location, but this is NOT a reservation of that location. All requests will be considered, however final placement in the Exhibit Hall is at the discretion of United Soccer Coaches show management. 
 

ATTENTION: ALL BOOTH LOCATIONS WILL BE FINALIZED BY 11:59 PM EST ON DECEMBER 15, 2020.

Booth Rates

February 20 - June 17, 2020

  • $1,385 per 10x10
  • $2,770 per 10x20
  • $4,155 per 10x30
  • $6,140 per 20x20 island

June 18 - September 14, 2020

  • $1,575 per 10x10
  • $3,150 per 10x20
  • $4,725 per 10x30
  • $6,900 per 20x20 island

From September 15 - Payment in Full is Required at Registration

  • $1,685 per 10x10
  • $3,370 per 10x20
  • $5,055 per 10x30
  • $7,340 per 20x20 island


Booth Packages

10x10 Booth Packages include:

  • 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape
  • Exhibitor identification sign (7"x44")
  • 24" wide by 30" high by 6' long table with skirt
  • 2 standard chairs
  • 1 wastebasket
  • Standard carpeting
  • 4 Exhibitor badges per (10x10) booth space
  • Maximum of 12 badges allowed for booths 10x30 and smaller

Island Booth Packages include:

  • 24" wide by 30" high by 6' long table with gray skirt (quantity: 2)
  • 4 standard chairs
  • Standard carpet MUST be confirmed prior to booth placement
  • Maximum of 24 badges allowed for booths 20x20 and larger
  • Please note, all islands must pay for 4 corners ($150 per corner)
