Important Information
- The 2026 United Soccer Coaches Convention is Wednesday, January 14th - Saturday, January 17th in Philadelphia, PA.
- For 2026, we will be utilizing brand new spaces within the Pennsylvania Convention Center for all areas of the Convention. Stay tuned for more detailed information on navigating this new and exciting layout!
- The Exhibit Hall Opens Thursday, January 15th. Move-in hours and show hours will be released soon.
- For all registrations as of 10/15 and later, 100% payment is required to complete your application.
- To be placed on the show floor, all exhibitors must utilize the association's hotel room blocks. Housing information will be sent to you following your submitted registration and deposit payment.
- Booths will be sold until the Exhibit Hall is sold out.
- Peninsulas, islands, and corners are available for purchase.

Standard Booth Items
Please see the items that are included with your booth space listed out below. Power and internet are NOT included and must be purchased through the Exhibitor Service Manual that will be launched with your booth placement.
10x30 & Smaller Booths
- 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape
- Exhibitor identification sign (7" x 44")
- 24" wide by 30" high by 6' long table with skirting (quantity: 1)
- 2 standard chairs
- 1 wastebasket
- Standard carpeting
- 4 Exhibitor badges per 10x10 booth space
- Maximum of 12 badges allowed for booths 10 x 30 and smaller
20x20 & Larger Booths
- 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape
- Exhibitor identification sign (7" x 44")
- 24" wide by 30" high by 6' long table with gray skirt (quantity: 2)
- 2 standard chairs
- 1 wastebasket
- Standard carpeting
- 4 Exhibitor badges per 10x10 booth space
- Maximum of 24 badges allowed for booths 20x20 and larger
