A Google search for “loneliness in leadership” returns 16.9 million results. Relationship building is at the center of our work as school leaders. But, oftentimes, we are so focused on building relationships with stakeholders that we neglect building relationships for ourselves and the people we serve. Never has there been a more important time to stay connected than during a global pandemic. This session will examine reasons leaders feel lonely, how it can impact your professional and personal life, and what to do about it. Attend this session with an open mind and heart and leave with a renewed sense of connection. We are truly better together!
