After a successful career in banking and financial software development, Dr. Patricia Deklotz stepped into her first teaching assignment at the age of 42. A decade later, Deklotz began her 15-year tenure as superintendent of the Kettle Moraine School District, where she championed educational innovation in pedagogy, personnel, and facilities.
Deklotz has been recognized as an educational leader at the regional, national, and global levels. Retiring in 2021, she learned many of her lessons the hard way and is eager to share her experience.
