Dr. James Fitzpatrick is an Assistant Professor at National Louis University in Chicago. In his teaching he prepares candidates in both the Master's program and the Doctoral program who are seeking certification for principal, superintendent, and central office positions. As Superintendent in Fort Atkinson WI. (1999-2013), Dr. Fitzpatrick presented at WASB on several occasions in the past.
