The Wisconsin Resource Center for Charter Schools - WRCCS (“works”) - is a statewide center housed within CESA 9. WRCCS is the state technical assistance center funded through part of a $95 million, five-year federal grant awarded to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) to strengthen the charter school system in the state and improve student learning. The majority of the federal grant primarily seeks to build, expand, and replicate charter schools through subgrants of the Wisconsin Charter Schools Program at DPI.
