Keynote: When Aaron Sadoff takes the stage for the Friday general session, sponsored by Pay It Forward, Inc., attendees can expect more than a motivational speech. They will experience an invitation to action: to see challenges through a lens of gratitude, to build relationships with intentional kindness, and to lead with a belief that the best possibilities are always “right now.”
A Gulf War veteran and a graduate of UW-Madison and Marian University, Sadoff has a passion for developing, leading and sustaining a community and culture of happiness. He believes that the science of happiness and positive psychology can revolutionize the way that organizations and communities are working to best impact the success of the people they serve.
Attendees will hear a message from one of their own—a Wisconsin public school educator and superintendent. Serving 25 years in education, including as the superintendent of North Fond du Lac School District, Sadoff was honored to be the 2019 Wisconsin Superintendent of the Year. He is a past executive director of the Fond du Lac Area Foundation and now serves as the 18th president of Marian University.
Sadoff is a passionate advocate for positive thinking—distilling a lifetime of experience into his book, “MindCraft: The Art of Positive Thinking Right Now.” At its core, MindCraft is both a philosophy and a practical toolkit. Sadoff invites readers to “craft their minds” much like a builder shapes a structure: with purpose, imagination and attention to detail. The book blends engaging storytelling with actionable strategies to help individuals shift their perspective, strengthen relationships and lead with optimism. Learn more about Sadoff and his message by watching his convention announcement video or visiting his website.
