SealScope™ is a patented, easy to integrate and non-destructive in-line seal inspection technology for flexible packages such as pouches, flow wraps, VFFS bags, etc. Via sensors that are mounted on the sealing jaws, SealScope detects product in seal, wrinkles and tapered seals and issues early warnings for process drifts enabling preventive machine maintenance.
At PFF 2021, Engilico will also present HyperScope, a hyperspectral camera based system for inline seal inspection of rigid packaging such as trays, pots and other thermoformed packages.
