RACK LINER NETTING allows air to circulate freely during the processing of fruits, vegetables, meats, jerky, pet foods/treats or any other product requiring dehydration. Our FDA compliant, BPA-free resins produce easy to clean, reusable sheets. The material reduces the cleaning time required for stainless steel racks. Our product can be cut-to-size to meet end use requirements or it can be provided in roll form for customization on-site. A wide variety of mesh openings and several color options are available.
DEHYDRATION TRAYS are injection molded with an FDA approved glass filled nylon resin. The trays offer an ergonomic solution to the weight of industry standard stainless steel racks. These trays are reusable, easy to clean, lightweight and less expensive than many other options. The tray is currently available at 21" wide x 42" long.
