ProSonix specializes in fluid heating applications via the use of direct steam injection heating for both industrial and sanitary conditions. We can handle water flow rates from 1.0 - 15,000 gpm, with turndown of up 8:1 for variable flow applications. We are well suited for plant process heating applications such as plant sanitation hot water, carcass preparation and cleaning from the kill floor to processing, CIP hot water production, plant central hot water supply, along with other hot water supply requirements. We also have designs well suited for hi-solids slurries and wastewater processing. Our unique high velocity steam design eliminates mineral & scale build-up for precise temperature control, reliable operation, and elimination of vibration & rough operation.
