We can supply twin-screw extruders for specialty extruded products, Rotary Moulders for bones and treats, Wirecuts for a cookie or bar type treat that can also be center filled, Depositors for making soft chew or gummy type treats or calming products, and full line capabilities to go with any of these equipment ranges. As part of the Schenck Process Group we can also offer full turnkey lines from material handling through to the point of packaging. We specialize in the design, manufacture and commissioning of full lines for pet treat production and are unique in our ability to design and supply lines incorporating a range of process technologies. We can also supply dies or moulds to work with our equipment that are engineered to meet your specific product design needs.
