Rotary Screens- Prater's rotary screens are renowned for their use in check screening applications that ensure quality control for incoming raw ingredients as well as finished mixes. Their innovative 3 bearing design, tensionable screens and optional quick-clean features offer greater savings in operation than competitive models.
Air Classifiers- Prater Air Classifier units enable micron based separations where mechanical screens would normally blind. They excel at fine particle separation that enhances end product attributes by dedusting or selective removal of non-beneficial size fractions. An adjustable secondary air vortex offers greater efficiency to capture more high-value product.
