Saskatchewan Trade and Export Partnership (STEP)
STEP is the export development agency for the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. STEP's booth will showcase a variety of Canadian food ingredients. Saskatchewan companies offers a wide variety of functional foods & natural health products that are being developed, many of which come from Saskatchewan. Companies featured include CanMar Foods, Smart Earth Camelina, O&T Farms, Bioriginal, Natural Specialty Crops, and Adroit Overseas Ltd.
