Data accuracy is ensured by BinMaster’s precision radar sensors and continuous level transmitters. The NCR-86 provides accurate level measurement in solids, powders, and liquids with a measuring range up to 393 feet. The CNCR compact non-contact radar is ideal for smaller vessels, with distances up to 98 feet. Other continuous level sensors include SmartBob, 3D, Guided Wave Radar, Laser and Ultrasonic.
BinMaster’s flow detection devices help prevent material cross-contamination problems using Doppler technology to communicate flow or no flow status. The FD-2000 is FSMA compliant and has a non-intrusive, flush-mount design and non-contact operation to detect flow interruption and reduce equipment wear.
Our proven rotary paddle level switches are recently updated to models BMRX-100, BMRX-200, and BMRX-300. The BMRX-300 is the first level switch to feature a large LED built-in indicator light. The highly visible light is green while the paddle is turning and when the paddle is stopped by material, a relay closes to indicate a change in status and the light changes to red. Detect high or low levels with point level indicators including diaphragm pressure switches, capacitance probes, and vibrating rod level sensors.
