Ledgerock Vodka, which is derived from 100% Wisconsin grown corn, is distilled 3 times through our unique reciprocating still. A 500 gallon hybrid of 2 copper top kettles and a 6 plate column, this manually run still lends itself to a painfully slow distillaton process which in turn helps us create a unique vodka with a touch of sweetness and some say a vanilla essence. The vodka is then filtered 3 times after being married to our limestone ledge filtered ground water which brings it down to its final 80 proof concentration. All of this production occurs on the same land that grows the grains used in the process as Ledgerock Distillery was built on our small family grain farm near Fond du Lac, WI. All of our spirts are produced from our sustainably produced home grown grains, and the same people that plant the seeds, nurture the crops and harvest the grain each year are also the people who then process the grain, distill several types of spirits including vodka, bottle, label and ship/sell the finished products. We are one of just a few true SEED to SPIRIT
farm distillers in Wisconsin.
