The Cider Farm is a certified organic orchard in Mineral Point, WI that grows true English and French cider apples for The Cider Farm's authentic ciders and apple brandy.  These apples, rare in America, are considered the wine grape of apples and produce complex and sophisticated adult beverages.  Our Ciders and Apple Brandy appeal to restaurant, retail liquor and grocery customers seeking local, sustainable and authentic experiences.  The Cider Farm makes an all Wisconsin Apple Brandy Infused Maple Syrup used not only for breakfast dishes, but in cocktail and dinner recipes.

    The Cider Farm produces the only US apple brandy made from organic, true cider apples, varieties developed in England & France for fermenting and distilling. Aged 2 yrs or 5 yrs in charred oak bourbon barrels with wild apple wood from The Cider Farm....

  • The Cider Farm Apple Brandy is available in 375ml and 750ml bottles, with each bottle hand-numbered and signed by John and Deirdre, proprietors of The Cider Farm.  The Apple Brandy and their Ciders are distributed by Beechwood Sales and Services of New Berlin, Wisconsin. 

    The Cider Farm produces an Apple Brandy Infused Organic Maple Syrup in 375ml bottles in packaging complimentary to the Apple Brandy for a handsome gift set.  Gift boxes are available.  The Maple Syrup is also available in 1-gal and 5-gal bulk containers for restaurant use.

    The Cider Farm self-distributes the Apple Brandy Infused Organic Maple Syrup.
