With over 30 applications for both residential and commercial building, ESP LOW-E Reflective Insulation provides solutions for energy-efficient building starting from the ground up. ESP LOW-E reduces heat gain and loss in buildings, increases R-values, creates thermal breaks and functions as a complete moisture and vapor barrier. Manufactured using 99.4% aluminum heat bonded to a closed cell polyethylene core, LOW-E functions as a stand alone or when used in conjunction with mass insulation, enhances the system performance creating a more complete building envelope.
ESP LOW-E Therma Sheet is an ICC approved roofing underlayment (use of felt not required) that is used under composite shingles, metal roofing, single & multi-ply, standing seam metal, stone coated steel, concrete and clay tile. LOW-E Therma Sheet is a California approved alternative for cool roof codes. The product reduces temperatures at plywood, does not "super heat" roofing materials, reduces temperatures at plywood, lowers non-conditioned space temperatures and is an affordable and easy energy-efficient upgrade.
