  • Double-Lok®
The Double-Lok® roof panel is ideal for industrial, commercial and architectural applications. When used in a Retrofit application, Double-Lok® increases energy efficiency and longevity of the structure....

  • Double-Lok® panels are available in 18-inch and 24-inch widths. The Double-Lok® roof panel is a mechanically field-seamed, trapezoidal leg standing seam roof system. Double-Lok® requires a minimum slope of ¼:12 and is UL-90 and FM rated with Miami Dade County approvals. Double-Lok® Retrofit - If you're looking to upgrade your roof to a standing seam, then installing our Double-Lok® roof panel over your existing R panel roof without the need for sub-framing is an excellent choice. Installing a Double-Lok® trapezoidal standing seam over an existing R panel roof allows for an upgrade to a high performance, long-lasting roof while preserving the diaphragm and purlin stability provided by the existing R panel roof. There are two options to increase energy efficiency when using the Double-Lok® panel over an existing R panel. The first is adding two-inch unfaced fiberglass insulation between the existing R panel and the new Double-Lok® panel. The second is to vent the cavity between the old and new roofs by adding a vent strip at the eave to allow air intake and a vented ridge to provide for air exhaust. This method works well with roof slopes of 3:12 or greater. When choosing the Double-Lok® option, high clips are used to provide clearance between it and the major ribs of the existing R panel.
  • Ultra-Dek®
Ultra-Dek® is a snap-together, trapezoidal leg standing seam roof system that carries Air Leakage and Water Penetration testing approvals....

  • Ultra-Dek® panels are available in 18-inch and 24-inch widths. Ultra-Dek® requires a minimum slope of ¼:12 and is ideal for industrial, commercial and architectural applications. Ultra-Dek® can be erected on various types of construction.

  • The CFR exterior profile has a 2-inch high standing seam with a Mesa profile. The interior profile is also a stucco-embossed Mesa pattern. The CFR panel is attached to a building structure with concealed clips to provide continuous insulation and eliminate thermal bridges, providing unsurpassed weathertight performance. Due to their careful design features, this roof system requires very little field reworking and can be easily and quickly installed. Weathertightness warranties are available.
  • Retro-R®

    ...

  • In addition to saving time in the project schedule and maintaining operations, this exposed fastening system requires fewer installation accessories, thus reducing cost and still providing a new look and longer life. This panel has rib spacing 12" on center with a rib height of 1-1/16", and the minimum slope is ½:12. The Retro-R® panel has a Drip Stop membrane to prevent rust from the old roof or wall from transferring to the new panel.
  • PBR
The PBR metal panel (R panel) is commonly used for a wide variety of architectural, agricultural, commercial and industrial applications....

  • MBCI’s R Panel profile is ideal for a variety of architectural, agricultural, commercial and industrial applications.
