- Accept your assigned booth space from the 2024 event to renew for the 2025 show and make your booth payment. In your invitation email, you can reference the company password and detailed instructions on how to confirm your space. Online booth sales site is where you will:
- update contact information, name primary, invoice and onsite contacts, review terms, confirm booth location and size, order services and make your credit card payment in one easy online contract.
- Once registered, returning exhibitors will receive email confirmations of your online booth contract success with link to the log-in page below, where you can request a space reassignment or request to resize your booth.
Registered Exhibitors can access the Event Navigation- Exhibitor Event Portal by creating their unique personal log-in password connecting their email in our system, to provide protected access. Follow directions in your booth contract success notice email for initial set-up to the Exhibitor Event Portal.

- Access "My Account" to make payments and print financial statements
- Request "Reassignment" of Exhibitor Space
- Find "General Information and Resources for the Exhibitors"
- Showcase your business to attendees by updating "product information, logo, photo" and completing "About and Contact" fields
- Upload company logo and cover banner
- Select product categories
- Write company description
- List specific brands
- Add links to website URL, facebook, and twitter.
- Make sure your contact information is updated for those in your organization managing sales. This information is accessible to attendees from the interactive maps.
