What's Included with your Energy Hub Exhibit Space?

Your Energy Hub Exhibit Space Includes:

  • Facility Carpet
  • 1 - Table
  • 1 - Chair
  • 1 - Company ID Sign

*Please note that electricity is NOT included with your Energy Hub space. If you will require electricity you will need to order this directly from the venue. Visit the Order Additional Event Services page for more information.
 

Setting Up and Energy Hub Hours


Setup Hours:

  • Wednesday, June 12 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm*​
  • Thursday, June 13 7:30 am - 9:00 am (additional hours if unable to set-up on Wednesday)

* As the Opening Happy Hour & Networking at the Energy Hub event in the room begins at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, we strongly encourage all sponsors & exhibitors to be set-up and be present on Wednesday – don’t miss this opportunity to network with the Buyers and connect with colleagues who will be there!

All Sponsors & Exhibitors must be moved in and set-up by 9:00 am on Thursday, June 13.


Energy Hub Open Hours and Activities:

  •  Wednesday, June 12

            o 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM     Opening Reception & Networking at the Energy Hub

  • Thursday, June 13 Open 9:15 AM – 4:25 PM
    o 9:45 AM – 10:15 AM   Coffee Break & Networking at the Energy Hub
    o 2:35 PM – 3:15 PM     Coffee Break & Networking at the Energy Hub

  • Friday, June 14 Open 10:15 AM – 12:20 PM 
    o 10:15 AM – 10:45 AM         Coffee Break & Networking at the Energy Hub

Move-out Hours: 

  • Friday, June 14 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM

Sponsors & Exhibitors are not allowed to break down their tables nor remove materials from the room prior to the close of the 1:1 meetings and the Energy Hub at 12:30 pm. Please arrange your travel plans and schedule flights accordingly.
 

All sponsor and exhibitor items must be packed and removed from the 1:1 meeting space and the Energy Hub room by 2:30 pm on Friday, June 14. All property remaining in the facility after the end of the event shall be subject to storage or disposal at the expense of the sponsor/exhibitor

Meals & Networking Guidelines

  • Sponsors and Exhibitors are expected to respect the integrity of the event and attend all meals and networking functions.
  • Energy Hub Exhibitors are welcome to join breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, and receptions. However, please be aware that the Energy Hub pass does not include access to any of the 1:1 functions.
  • Sponsors and Exhibitors are not permitted to schedule any events, meetings, meals, etc. between 3:00 pm Wednesday, June 12 through 1:30 pm Friday, June 14. This includes food functions and evening activities. Any Sponsor or Exhibitor who schedules a meeting that pulls an attendee away from the event during these hours will be banned from future events.
