Register for Exhibitor Badges & Invite Customers

Please take a moment to review important information regarding registering your personnel for badges as well as inviting customers and guests to attend the event.

Register Exhibit Personnel Visit the Exhibitor Registration area to register for your badges online to save time onsite. To access your company’s badge allotment, please select your company name from the drop-down menu in the provided link and enter your password. Your password can be found in the booth confirmation email sent to the main contact for your company. If you need your password re-sent, please email registration@divcom.com.
Badge Pick Up

Badges will not be mailed in advance. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation with a QR code and/or badge number for each registrant. Print this confirmation and bring it with you for express pick-up at the show.

Badge Colors

Badges are color coded by business category to help exhibitors easily target their buyers. A badge color guide will be distributed to each stand onsite.

Co-Exhibitors LEAD companies should share their password with any co-exhibitors so they can register under their company profile. If you chose to not share your password, then please register your co-exhibitors under THEIR company name and not the lead company name. This will ensure our matchmaking and mobile app displays correctly. If you do not see your co-exhibitor listed in the exhibitor registration drop down list reach out to registration@divcom.com.
Correct / Change / Replace Badge
Changes can be made on the Exhibitor Registration area. Once logged into the system, hit the ‘Edit” button next to the badge that needs to be changed. Should you misplace your badge onsite, please proceed to the exhibitor registration desk and a new badge will be printed for you.
No Visitors Under 21 Years Old
Due to strict US liquor laws, no visitors under the age of 21 are allowed on the exposition floor at Vinexpo America | Drinks America. This rule applies to both visitors and exhibitors. There will be no exceptions!

Invite Your Best Buyers

The guest invitation gives your buyers free admission to the exhibit hall ($100) value, whether they pre-register or decide to register at the expo. Each exhibiting company will receive guest passes.

 

Exhibitors will have the opportunity within the Exhibitor Registration area to view their promotional code and send the code to their buyers. Tracking of the promotional code will also be available for exhibitors allowing them to see which of their buyers have registered.

Please note: Guest Passes are not to be used by exhibiting companies. Anyone registering with a guest invitation will be given a visitor badge and will therefore have access to the show floor during show hours only. Stand personnel who need access to the show floor outside of show hours must register within the Exhibitor registration.

Temporary Work Passes

Event Security will issue Temporary Work Passes to anyone who needs to be on the show floor during move-in and move-out but does not need access to the show floor on show days. This includes:

  • Exhibitor appointed contractors
  • Bonafide company employees who are helping set up the exhibit
  • Non-official service companies who need to deliver goods to an exhibiting company

 

Temporary Work Passes provide access to the show floor during move-in and move-out hours only and can be obtained through security. Please refer to the Event Schedule for move-in and move-out hours.

 

All personnel who need to have access to the show floor during show hours MUST have a badge.
