  • Attendee Lists/Emails
    • The only company with access to the attendee lists (emails, addresses, etc.) is Convention Data Services. If any other company offers to sell you the 2022 IEEE PES T&D Attendee list – it is a scam!
    • You may order the official attendee list online (Show code ieee0422).
  • Lead Retrieval

The next IEEE PES T&D Show will be in Anaheim, California May 6-9, 2024. Space Application Submissions (required) will be accepted September 12-16, 2022. Information will be sent to all exhibiting companies prior to exhibit sales opening. No reservations for booth space will be made onsite.

  • 2022 T&D exhibit hall will be in New Orleans, Louisiana at the, Ernest N Morial Convention Center (Exhibits, Level 1 - Halls E-J).

    • All exhibitors are invited to attend the Conference Opening Reception on Monday evening at Mardi Gras World. Get your booth set up and join us, but do not forget your badge.

Booth Rules Below is a brief list of a few of the show rules and regulations for exhibitor booths, click here for full rules. For additional information or to order services please refer to the online exhibitor manual.
  • No display material of any kind, including, but not limited to, signs, banners or logos may be suspended from the ceiling. No balloons or blimps may be suspended or tethered.
  • All floor space in your booth must be carpeted. Show Management will authorize the official contractor to carpet, at the exhibitor's expense, any booth space not covered by 4:00 p.m., Monday, April 25.
  • Exhibit displays must not exceed the following height restrictions:
    • Linear booths are not permitted to be over 8’ tall in the back half of their booth
    • Linear booths are not permitted to be over 4’ tall in the front half of their booth, allowing for line of sight to neighboring exhibitors.
    • Island booths are not permitted to be over 20’ tall and if over 30’ wide must allow for 10’ openings for every 20’ of display structure.

Exhibitors and EACs (Exhibitor Appointed Contractors) have access to the exhibit hall based on the following schedule. Note: This is NOT the show hours, the times listed below are the times exhibitors and EACs will have access to the show floor with their badges/wristbands.

All exhibitor material MUST BE REMOVED from the exhibit facility by Friday, April 29, 2022 at 5:00 pm.

Exhibitors needing to work late after these posted hours must receive permission from their onsite floor manager. In addition, after these times, workers must remain in their booths. Once workers exit the hall, re-entry may be prohibited.
 

Exhibitor Appointed Contractors
  • Approval emails have already been sent to EACs that have the proper insurance on file. If the EAC is not approved, it can significantly delay their access to the exhibit floor, and they may charge you for labor hours while they wait for approval to enter.
  • If you are planning to use an independently appointed contractor for assembly and/or dismantling your booth, you must submit an EAC work authorization form and proof of insurance. If you have not submitted appropriate documentation and wish to use an EAC, please complete the form ASAP.
  • Wristbands give EACs access to the show floor between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm during move-in and move-out only and are available at the the Lobby Hall G entrace. This information has been communicated to the approved EACs. The wristbands must be worn at all times during move-in and move-out and be clearly visible to security personnel.
  • If EAC’s need access to the show floor on show days they must register as exhibitor booth personnel.
  • Please review the list of policies regarding EACs.

Move-Out Reminders (more information)
  • Move-out will begin when the Show Floor closes at 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 28.
  • Freeman will remove the aisle carpet first and then freight doors will then open for empty containers to be returned.
  • Any exhibitors requiring forklifts, display labor, boom lifts or other special handling equipment should contact Freeman prior to the close of the show.
  • Do not leave any personal items in your booth including laptops, electronic equipment or valuables. Exhibitors are responsible for all contents within their booths.
  • Freeman is planning to have all cartons and crates returned to exhibitors by midnight Thursday.
  • All outbound shipments require a Freeman Outbound Material Handling Form, which should be returned to a Freeman Service Desk once materials are packed and ready to be shipped, but no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, April 29. You can use FreemanOnline to submit your outbound material handling form, without going to the service desk.
  • Carriers should check in no later than Friday, April 29 at 10:00 am.
  • All exhibitor material MUST BE REMOVED from the exhibit facility by Friday, April 29, 2022 at 5:00 pm.
