Exhibitor Marketing and Promotion Opportunities

Take advantage of several opportunities available to HITEC exhibitors to promote your presence at the show and drive attendance to Toronto. Most are at no or minimal cost.  

Branding Graphics

Choose from a variety of HITEC branded banner ads and logos to use in your promotions. These media assets are ideal for placement on websites and email communications.

In the months leading up to HITEC Toronto, spread the word about HITEC to your company's social network. Don't forget to include #HITECTOR23 in the posts to help streamline the promotions. 

Get started with the Exhibiting Announcement graphic, where you just need to add your logo and booth number (located at the bottom of the logo grid). 

Direct Communication

Invite your customers to HITEC with a direct email. HITEC has an HTML template ready for you to customize with your company information and then send out. Contact: kaylee.sciacca@hftp.org

All exhibitors receive an attendee list (PDF) 5-weeks prior to HITEC. Use this resource to contact previous and potential customers. Immediately following HITEC, exhibitors also receive the final attendee list (XLS). 

For a small fee, you can order the 5-week and 2-week pre-event attendee list as an Excel file. Available to order through the Sponsorship Gallery in your Exhibitor Council.

Press Outreach

HITEC will distribute a list of attending press contacts to exhibiting companies. Starting six weeks out from the event, a list will be distributed to primary exhibiting company contacts, and subsequently every two weeks.

If your company is planning on holding a press conference during HITEC, we want to help you spread the word. Submit your conference details for the press conference schedule distributed to attending press. 

HITEC uses the HospitalityNet news feed service to distribute exhibitor news. This feed is published through multiple channels, including the HITEC website, HITEC Bytes and HITEC Daily News Flash.
