Please take a moment to review important information regarding registering your personnel for badges as well as inviting customers and guests to attend the event.

Register online and save time onsite. To access the registration badges included in your company’s booth allotment, visit the Exhibitor Registration portal, select your company name from the drop-down menu and enter your password (Note: your password can be found in the Booth Confirmation Letter emailed to the primary contact at your organization. If you need the password resent, please email registration@divcom.com) |
Registration Badge Type |
Exhibitor registration badge allotments are based on ordered exhibit space. The following is included per 100sq ft.
Two (2) Exhibitor Exhibit Hall Only Pass -
This includes admission to the Exhibit Hall, Pilot Hub, Outdoor Flying Demonstrations (bus ticket additional purchase), coffee breaks, Welcome Reception, Tues. Sep. 3 and the Networking Happy Hour, Weds, Sep. 4. Lunch is available for purchase.
Two (2) Exhibitor Conference Badges -
This includes admission to the Commercial UAV Expo Conference, DRONERESPONDERS Public Safety Summit, FLYING HY Conference, Keynotes, Outdoor Flying Demonstrations (bus ticket additional purchase), select workshops, the Exhibit Hall, Pilot Hub, Exhibitor Showcases, coffee breaks, Welcome Reception, Tues. Sep. 3 and the Networking Happy Hour, Weds, Sep. 4. Lunch will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday.

Purchase Additional Badges for Exhibit Staff |
Additional exhibitor badges that exceed booth allotment are available for purchase through the Exhibitor Registration portal.
Exhibitor Exhibit Hall Only Badge: $150
Exhibitor Conference Badge: $850 |
Badge Pick Up |
Badges will not be mailed in advance. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code and a badge number for each registrant. Print this confirmation or bring it with you for express pick-up at the show.

Correct/Change/Replace Badge |
Changes to your registration can be made through Exhibitor Registration. Find your company name in the drop-down menu and enter your password. Once you are logged in to your registration portal, click on the "Edit" button next to the badge that needs to be changed. Should you misplace your badge onsite, please proceed to the onsite registration desk. If you have any questions, contact the Registration Team at registration@divcom.com.

Invite Your Industry Peers & Customer Prospects for FREE! |
As an exhibitor, you can invite peers and prospects to attend the event for free! Invitations are UNLIMITED and at no cost to you. To access your unique promo code, visit the Exhibitor Registration portal then explore how to promote and share this to your network here.
Note: this promo code cannot be used to register exhibit booth staff or your vendors. You will be able to monitor who has registered with your custom link or code and make plans to see them at the event.

Temporary Work Passes |
Event Management will issue Temporary Work Passes to anyone who needs to be on the show floor during move-in and move-out but does not need access to the show floor on show days. This includes:
- Exhibitor Appointed Contractors
- Bonafide company employees who are helping set up the exhibit
- Non-official service companies who need to deliver goods to an exhibiting company
Temporary Work Passes provide access to the show floor during move-in and move-out hours only and can be obtained through security at the doors. Refer to the Event Schedule for move-in and move-out hours. All personnel who need to have access to the show floor during show hours MUST have a badge.

Minors |
No one under the age of 18 will be permitted to register themselves, and individuals under the age of 21 will only be granted limited Event access. No one under the age of 14 will be allowed in the exhibit hall during Event days. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed in the exhibit hall during exhibitor move-in and move-out. |
Lead Retrieval |
Lead Retrieval is available to order for Commercial UAV Expo. Don't miss a single sales lead! Not everyone will carry a business card, however every attendee will have a badge with a QR code for you to scan.
