Waste Disposal
Exhibitors and Stand Builders are responsible for the total removal of all waste created during installation & dismantle. There will not be any public waste bins available to be used by exhibitors.
| Keep Aisles Clear |
Aisle carpet will be laid at night starting on Saturday 20 April. Exhibitors must remove their waste each day to keep the aisles clear.

| Waste Container Service |
Exhibitors can choose to remove the waste themselves or order waste removal service and container rentals through Servifira. |
| Paint Sinks |
There are paint washing sinks available in all halls to wash brushes, buckets and other elements needed to be cleaned during installation & dismantle. View Paint Sink Locations. |

Cleaning Stations &
Seafood Disposal
|
Exhibitors have access to three (3) cleaning stations starting Sunday 21 April located in Hall 2, Hall 3, and the Galleria. Each will be equipped with preparation tables, sinks with hot and cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Use the large waste bins to discard your seafood products and barrels for oil & grease disposal. Restrooms should not be used for dumping of materials & disposing of waste.

| Assessment of Waste |
If you must leave your stand structure behind at the end of the exposition, proceed to the Servifira Service Desk to request an “Assessment of Waste.” Servifira will assess the amount of waste that needs to be removed & provide a quote. | Removal of Exhibit Materials |
All stands must be fully dismantled, and all structures and materials must be taken back with you at the end of the exposition. Any structure or materials left behind will be charged back to the exhibitor at a rate of 10 Euros per square meter with a maximum charge of 2,000 Euros per stand. |
| Carpet Removal |
Any shell scheme and carpet orders through Servifira include carpet removal at no extra charge. As part of our sustainability initiative all aisle carpet is recycled at the end of the event.
