No Visitors Under 21 Years Old

Due to strict US liquor laws, no visitors under the age of 21 are allowed on the exposition floor at Vinexpo America | Drinks America. This rule applies to both visitors and exhibitors. There will be no exceptions!
Booth Equipment
  • Each 6' x 6' Business Level Turnkey Booth will be set with:
    8' high back drape, 3' high side dividers, one 4' X 42" draped table, two Limerick® stools by Herman Miller, midnight blue carpeting, one shelving unit with four shelves, one wastebasket and one 7" x 44" identification sign.

  • Each 6' X 12' Premier Level Turnkey Booth will be set be set with:
    8' high back drape, 3' high side dividers, one 4' X 42" draped table, two Limerick® stools by Herman Miller, midnight blue carpeting, one shelving unit with four shelves, one round table with three chairs, one wastebasket and one 7" x 44" identification sign.

  • Each New Wave & WOW Pavilion Table Top will include:
    One 6' x 42" draped table, two Limerick® stools by Herman Miller, midnight blue carpeting, one wastebasket and one 7" x 44" identification sign.

  • Raw Space Exhibitors are given a space on the show floor with midnight blue carpeting included. Raw space exhibitors are required to provide or rent all furnishings and stand elements.
Exhibitor Kit

Every exhibitor will receive an Exhibitor Kit when they arrive onsite for the event. Each Exhibitor Kit will contain the following accessories:

  • Spittoon
  • Corkscrew
  • Drop Saver and More!
 

**Ice Buckets are NOT included. A limited number will be available for sale.

Exhibit Hall Hours

  • Wednesday, March 8th                                    10:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Thursday, March 9th                                      10:00 am – 6:00 pm
No Early Break Down

Exhibitors cannot begin dismantling their exhibit until the end of the event. Please consult the Event Schedule when planning your travel so that you can allow for enough time to break down your stand.
