Register for Exhibitor Badges & Invite Customers

Please take a moment to review important information regarding registering your personnel for badges as well as inviting customers and guests to attend the event.

Register Exhibit Personnel To order your exhibitor badges online CLICK HERE.  If you do not have your company’s password, click the “forgot your password?” function to have it resent to you. Please do not use eVIP passes to register your booth personnel – they are for visitor use only.  Anyone registered with a eVIP pass is considered a visitor and not an exhibitor. Those with a eVIP pass will not be able to access the facility during move-in or before the expo floor opens.
Upgrade Your Badge To Join The Conference
Upgrade your Exhibitor Badge for $170.00 to include full access to the conference program & all available video recordings. Upgrading your pass is easy, contact Registration for assistance. The 2024 conference program features educational sessions, presented by top seafood industry experts.
Badge Registration Cost Each exhibiting company may register 5 complimentary exhibitor exhibit hall only badges per 10’ x 10’ booth. For example, a 10’ x 20’ booth will receive up to ten (10) free badges. Additional exhibitor exhibit hall only badges will be charged $40 per badge.  Additional badges will not be processed without payment.
Badge Pick Up Badges will not be mailed in advance. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation with a bar code and/or badge number for each registrant. Print this confirmation and bring it with you for express pick up at the expo.
Badge Colors Badges are color coded by business category to help exhibitors easily target their buyers. A badge color guide will be distributed to each booth onsite.

Correct/ Change/ Replace Badge

If you need to change or correct a badge, go to the online Exhibitor Registration Page. Once logged into the system, click the “Edit” button next to the badge that needs to be changed.

If you misplaced your badge at the show, go to the Corrections & Lookup Registration Desk onsite and a new badge will be printed for you. It is $40 for a badge reprint.

Invite Your Best Buyers

Save your customers money off their registration and invite them to Seafood Expo North America and Seafood Processing North America with a eVIP Invitation.  There is an easy way to invite your customers to attend the event, just send them your unique link!

eVIP Invitation: The eVIP invitation will provide qualified buyers a FREE Exhibit Hall pass OR 15% off their Full or Limited Conference registration. (Note that Conference registration gives free access to the Exhibit Hall). These invitations should NOT be used to register exhibit booth staff, your vendors or non-exhibiting suppliers. Non-exhibiting suppliers will be charged the Non-exhibiting suppliers' fee.

To find your Custom eVIP Link: Login to exhibitor registration and click the “Invite Your Buyers” tab. Here you will see your company eVIP registration link & code that you can send to your customers. Once registered, you will also find the information included in your registration confirmation email.

Important note for the 2024 edition!
The eVIP invitations are ONLY to be used to invite your current or prospective buyers with seafood-industry purchasing power. If you are using the eVIP promo code to invite customers who fall under the non-exhibiting supplier categories they will still be charged the "non-exhibiting supplier"” fee.
Tracking of eVIP promotional codes will also be available through the Invite Your Customers Tab, so exhibitors can see which of their buyers have registered. For questions regarding the eVIP invitations for buyers, please contact Seafood Expo North America and Seafood Processing North America Registration at registration@divcom.com.

Please note: eVIP invitations should not be used for booth staff. Anyone registering with a eVIP invitation will be given a visitor badge and will therefore have access to the exhibit hall during the event hours only. Booth personnel, who need access to the exhibit hall outside of expo hours, must register within the Exhibitor registration
